How PDI Forecasting Works
PDI stands for ‘Project Data Integration’. PDI Forecasting is an Excel JavaScript API based on latest technologies from Microsoft to ensure blazing fast updates, and the highest level of forecasting accuracy, while minimising setup and maintenance. PDI Forecasting is portable so the insights you gain from one project can be directly utilised on your next project.
PDI Forecasting Setup
PDI Forecasting is developed directly from your existing registers. The client shares their register via a cloud service and then PDI Forecasting updates the register to include all relevant tables, look-ups, schema, etc to automate, as far as practicable, all your project control requirements.
PDI Forecasting Maintenance
Once set up, the Project Team is responsible for completing progress, either on an individual basis, or via KPI summary completions, and including the resource expenditure per cost-code.
PDI Forecasting Updates
The client can select any timeframe or period to run updates at the end of which, a new forecast is developed with supporting project report and look-ahead programme.
Base Register Updates
PDF Forecasting updates automatically when a revision is issued for the base registers. This ensures you are always working with the latest information.
